All in stock items ship for free unless specified. Shipping charges on Special Orders vary depending on constraints of size, weight, location and White Glove requirements. Feel free to contact us for estimates.

R E T U R N S

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of an In Stock articledesign.com item you may return it for full refund of merchandise cost. Please contact us Toll Free 1-888-438-5432 or by E-mail info@articledesign.com within 7 days of merchandise receipt for return instructions and credit processing. Returned merchandise must be received by Article in it's original packaging in "as new" undamaged condition for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to Article.

All sales are final in the case of Special Orders at this time. Sorry, no refunds.

D A M A G E

At this time, Damage due to the freight process must be filed with the freight company by the customer. Article (www.articledesign.com) and vendors cannot accept return shipments declined due to freight damage. Article will do everything possible to assist with the claims process.
